Indonesia Experience
Media and Partnership Officer
1. Create and design pitching materials to potential partners in order to gain better exposure about our
event.
2. Assist in gathering contact information about potential media partners and community partners based on
the correlation of their visions with our event.
3. Negotiate with potential partners to receive the best deal for both parties in order to support the
event’s exposure to college students in Indonesia.
4. Maintain relationships with more than 5 partners throughout the event.
Exhibition Staff
1. Guide and communicate with 3 Bandung Institute of Technology’s Students Association in order to
conduct online exhibition, wall of fame, and live interaction during our event.
2. Develop a summary about every Students Association and present them to more than 300 high school
students in Kunsmatrix and Miro Board.
3. Publish poster about online exhibition to gain exposure to high school students and to build excitement
during the event.
4. Supervise and coordinate live interaction session between Students Association and participants in
online meeting platform
Product Analyst Manager
1. Launch applicants’ database from every AIESEC in Bandung’s previous products to gain relations and keep
in touch with previous applicants to publicize AIESEC in Bandung’s products to every youth in Indonesia.
2. Collaborate with every Local Committee Vice Presidents, Team Leaders, and Managers to gain basic database
about each product from previous term to develop upcoming products and maintain great products to enhance
experience for youth.
3. Analyze good and bad case practice data to provide insights and recommendations related to AIESEC in
Bandung’s future products to every board.
OC Program Join AIESEC 2023
1. Arrange and design the whole recruitment process for AIESEC in Bandung 2023, including pre-event,
recruitment process, probation phase, and mentors training.
2. Contribute as a mentor during probation phase to assign and score tasks, and communicate with the
probation members regarding their development during this phase.
3. Create a new recruitment process and scoring method based on the evaluation of previous term, achieving a
4.3/5 satisfaction rate from applicants
OC Program of Tokopedia Goes to Campus
1. Arrange a total of 2 interactive online webinar sessions and 1 offline grand seminar with Tokopedia as a part
of the collaboration between Tokopedia and AIESEC in Bandung.
2. Collaborate with the representative from Tokopedia and in charge of communicating with 1 speaker during
the sessions.
3. Contribute to designing the concepts and rundown of each session based on the main theme, “Digital
Leadership for Indonesia” and “Human Resource and Digital Marketing Edition”
