Dear Diary,

This is Helen (20), 3rd year undergraduate pharmacy student. On my way to my final year in the September. Preparing all the research and sempro things at the moment. I am going to sharing my story. The untold story from my deepest heart. I believe everyone has their best year. And so i. Best year doesn’t mean all about success. Its about the progress to become the best version and find out your passion in this life.

I think the part of myself about love to trying new things is not that bad. You can regret or sad when you failed. But, the worst case that is not trying. Now, i am here in Korea, living my new life. I take the risks and got the chance. You can call this as study exchange, study abroad, or international internship, or research assistant internship, or Rnd, anything. One thing for sure, i called this the Pandora box.

I studied many things, learn valuable lessons, and build my new version. You can not feel this if you are not experiencing this. So, it’s not just about academic knowledge but also the life lesson. I got some quotes “it’s better you try, then you do not try” “now is now, today is today, if it’s bad day, then tomorrow you can just forget it, the important things, when you have bad days, you learn.” ” if you got the chance, use the environmental, all the circumstances, don’t waste it” ” its okay if you make mistake, you can try it again and do better next time” .

It’s all about mindset. You must control yourself living in the environment you don’t know, everything is new. You have to explore all the things than just doing like what your normal self do. You need to push yourself hardly, and find you peace, your joy in the middle of stress or deppression. Academic and everything is exhausting if you not try to learn it properly.

But, what u got is that the english skill and anything that you feel you are grow up.
